The Brain Scrub starting in June, 2026, is about two men sharing how they are living an authentic, engaging, and intentional life in their 50's. Regardless of the turbulence in their life, they learned that we all have agency to live our best life. The purpose of the show is to share how living your best life can be accelerated by self-care, authenticity, and building community.
This podcast explains a path to living a more authentic life by taking a courageous look at self and focusing on what can be controlled.

After about 7 years of being alienated from my son and 6 years of not seeing him, I have achieved emotional peace. How? It was not an easy journey and what I learned that if I pursue him, I become more attached to suffering and a lack of peace. By stopping the pursuit of what I wanted and believe is the right thing to do, my emotions were able to disconnect, including the associated stress. Time heals everything.
