The burden of unresolved conflict

In this episode I talk essentially about how many of us 'play it safe' and the impact of not asserting our interests or listening to others, has an impact. We are all humans doing the best we can and in conflict, if we can truly see the other person and understand their perspectives and take action, in my opinion, we would be far better off in creating a better world.
