Ozzy Osbourne's song, Crazy Train, is a reminder to me of how when we don't seek to understand, we may go off the rails on a crazy train. This episode is based on a book titled 'How to know a person', by David Brooks. It is a great reminder of the importance of building relationships through listening, seeking to understand and putting our judgements aside. We are all human and in his book, he shares some great advice on how to build deeper connection.
