Happiness, Love and Community

Just returned from a trip to Japan and Indonesia which was eye opening. Other parts of this world are so content and happy - why? Happiness starts from within. I asked a couple of Indonesians: "Do you love yourself?. The response was "Yes, of course!". Another one was "Yes, if not, I would be struggling up until now." Those words inspired me to be happy with me, what I have and the community I am blessed to be part of. Thanks to my friends from the UK for an outstanding travel experience!
